Position Details:
This newly created high profile position presents an accomplished Case Management professional with an exceptional opportunity to create a structure and vision for the Case Management department. The Director of Case Management will have responsibility for Resource Utilization, Social Work Services, Care Coordination, and approximately 51 FTEs. This Director will be charged with providing direction and coordination for Case Management, consistent with the mission, vision, and values of the organization. This leader will be responsible for managing, coordinating, planning, and implementation and evaluation of programs to meet the needs of the patient population, in accordance with the goals and objectives of Athens Regional Medical Center.
